CO-PRISONER WITH MOONEY. CONVICTION ON PERJURED EVIDENCE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. SAN FRANCISCO, October 17. Warren K. Billirtgs, who Was gaoled with the Labour organiser, Tom Mooney in the Great War for an alleged bombing murder, will bo freed immediately. His sentence has been commuted to the time already served. The Governor is contemplating a pardon similar to Mooney's. He is convinced that Billings is innocent and that he was convicted on perjured testimony similar to Mooney and also by suppression of evidence. A majority of the State SupremeCourt has approved the commutation.
