LABOUR DAY
MASTERTON POST OFFICE HOURS.
The following hours will be observed at the Masterton Post Office next Monday, Labour Day:— The Post Office will be closed in all branches and mails will be closed at 6.30 a.m. Postmen’s deliveries will be suspended. The Te Wharau rural delivery and private bag service and Stronvar private bag service will be despatched as usual. The Tinui and Homewood private bag services will be despatched on Tuesday. October 24. The telegraph office will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 7 to 8 p.m. The telephone exchange will be open continuously. A counter delivery of all correspondence (including registered) will be made between 7 and 8 p.m. on Saturday.
