BETWEEN BELGIUM & BRITAIN. CARRIAGE OF PASSENGERS & MAILS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 9.45 a.m.) RUGBY. October 16. A Sabina air service, between Brussels and England, started today, the first plane leaving Brussels with ter, passengers and 129 kilos of mail. Mails between the two countries will be carried in future by this means, thus considerably expediting delivery. English newspapers will be taken out on the return flight.
