USE VINEGAR
TO CLEAN SAUCEPAN. If ordinary rubbing fails to clean the inside of an aluminium saucepan, use vinegar. Better still is to use the stained saucepan for boiling rhubarb. There is an acid in rhubarb that does the job. For a badly burnt patch, first boil an onion in the saucepan, and follow this with the rhubarb.
