The short title of this By-law is “The Masterton Borough Cemetery Amendment By-law, 1939.” The object and purport of the By-law is to alter the existing table of Cemetery fees. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the resolution will be submitted for confirmation at an Ordinary Meeting of the Masterton Borough Council, to be held on TUESDAY, October 17, 1939, at the Council Chambers, Chapel Street, Masterton, at 7.30 p.m. A full copy of the said By-law is deposited at the Town Clerk’s Office, Chapel Street, Masterton, and may be inspected by all persons during ordinary office hours, until the latter date.
