RIVERSIDE CLUB. NO OFFICIAL COMPETITIONS ON SATURDAY. Owing to the Masterton races on Saturday no official competitions will be played by the Riverside Golf Club. Members are requested to arrange their own games. MAHUNGA CLUB. HANDICAPS REDUCTIONS. Owing to the Masterton races on Saturday there will be no official draw and members are requested to arrange their own partners for a medal competition. Cards will count for the Brocket trophy competition. The following reductions in handicaps have been declared: —L. A. Curtis to 20/15; J. W. Dove to 22/16; W. N. A. Hosking to 18/14; A. O. Jones to 12/9; S. Jenkins to 16/12; N. Jones to 20/15; G. R. Turner to 22/16. . MAHUNGA v. LANSDOWNE. The qualifying round for the club championships is to be played in conjunction with a silver and bronze medal on Tuesday. Trophies have been donated by Mrs Gordon Lee for the best net scores in the senior and junior division. Miss Jury has donated a trophy for a flag match in the C Grade.
