» CHINESE AND JAPANESE WOUNDED. ALTERCATION WITH AMERICAN MARINES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.50 a.m.) WASHINGTON. October 11. The State Department has been advised that a Tientsin policeman, an undetermined Chinese and a Japanese were wounded in an altercation with two United States Marines while the latter were guarding a railway goods car. The Marine Board of Inquiry is investigating.
