4 SEIZURES BY FRENCH NAVY. By Teipgraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 1.25 p.m.) PARIS, October 11. The French Navy has thus far seized 150,000 tons of goods destined for Germany, including 40,000 tons of ores. 40,000 tons of food, and 30,000 tons of liquid fuel.
