ARMISTICE DAY
AMENDED ARRANGEMENTS IN BRITAIN. KING CANCELS CENOTAPH SERVICE. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 12.25 p.m.) RUGBY, October 11. His Majesty has decided to cancel the Cenotaph service on November 11. Other services throughout the country are discouraged, but the anniversary will be observed as Poppy Day. The churches will hold commemoration services on November 12.
