LONDON. October 5.
The Budapest correspondent of the Associated Press of America states that fears that the Balkans may become a gigantic battlefield are expressed in Hungary and Rumania. There is no doubt that Rumania is pressing Turkey. Reports are also circulating that the Soviet has demanded naval base rights at Constanza (Rumania's port in the Black Sea) and free passage for troops.
