WEDDING
DURHAM—BOYD
(“Times-Age” Special.)
The marriage of Miss Stephanie Mabel Boyd, second daughter of Mr and Mrs S. Boyd, to Mr Frank Durham, of Eketahuna, second son of Mr and the late Mrs Durham, of Auckland, was solemnised in St. Andrew’s Anglican Church yesterday morning, the Rev. F. O. Bail officiating. The bride, who entered the church escorted by her father, wore a rust costume and cyclamen shaded jumper with accessories to tone and a shoulder spray. As the bride left the church a niece of the bridegroom, Zelda Durham, presented her with a silver horseshoe.
After the ceremony, relations were entertained at the home of the bride s parents where the usual toasts weie honoured. Mrs Boyd received the guests attired in a paisley designed frock with hat and accessories to tone. She carried a posy. Mr and Mrs Durham later left for Wellington. Their future home will be in Eketahuna.
