GREEK CREW

9 LANDED BY SUBMARINE ON IRISH COAST. The German submarine which on Tuesday torpedoed the Greek steamer Diamantis, landed the crew of 28 on the Eire coast 36 hours later, a radio message states. Shortly after G p.m. the submarine came to the surface off the Kerry coast and the men were landed on the north shore of Dingle Bay. A collapsible boat was put into the water, and in this the men were put ashore. Coastguards saw the submarine, but before they could reach the shore to detain her she macle off. Six of the crew of the steamer needed hospital treatment, but were not seriously hurt. The Greek steamer was a vessel of 4000 tons bound for Belfast.
