REORGANISATION IN BRITAIN. HEAVY STAFF REDUCTION. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Dav. 1.15 p.m.) LONDON. October 4. Lord MacMillan, in the House of Lords, revealed that the reorganisation of ilm Ministry ot Information involved a fifty per cent staff reduction, particularly in the news and Press relations section, and the removal of a censorship staff totalling 306 from the Ministry’s control.
