SATURDAY'S SCORES. "
Conditions for the second practice shoot of the season held by the Mas terton-Opaki Rifle Club on Saturday were at 500yds just variable enough t< spoil some good scores, a 49 being scored by the club's president (Mr H H. Mawley). At 600yds conditions were better, C. Pickering registering a 49 Two new members in R. Ordish and K Lambert showed exceptional promise the former scoring two 45’s. The lattei only shot at 600yds, scoring 47. The following arc the principal scores:—
Twelve others competed. Next Saturday the competitions wil' open with seven shots at the 300yds 500yds and 600yds ranges.
