Ottawa. —Canada look a prominent part in the seventh World's Poultry Congress, held recently at Cleveland, U.S.A., not only in scientific discussions on poultry matters, but by capturing many of the prizes. In addition many of the Canadian poultry on exhibit were sold to purchasers from Denmark, New Zealand, Cuba and to many poultry fanciers in the United States. Canadian entries captured many individual prizes, four cups, two shields, the American Poultry Association’s Master Breeder Prize (Mediterranean class) and the second prize for the best bird in the show.
