MOVE FOR CLOSER RELATIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. SOFIA, September 29. M Kiosseivanoff, Premier of Bulgaria, and M Bojiloff, Finance Minister, are heading a trade delegation to Moscow. They will probably leave tomorrow.
Considered to foreshadow closer relations between Soviet Russia and Bulgaria, a visit was paid yesterday to Moscow by the head of civil aviation in Bulgaria, a radio message reports. It was stated that the object of the visit was to discuss the establishment of an air line between Moscow and Sofia.
