FIFTEEN DEAD
EXPLOSION IN BRITISH ARMS FACTORY. TRAGEDY IN NORTHERN AREA. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 11.10 a.m.) RUGBY, September 28. The Ministry of Supply announced that an explosion occurred this afternoon in one of the northern explosives factories. It is believed that fifteen persons are dead and four injured. It is stated that the material damage will not seriously interfere with production
