Because she flew in the neighbourhood of the White House, dropping pamphlets urging Congress to remain in session through the war, and not take hasty action in repealing the arms embargo, the civil aeronautics authority has ordered Laura Ingalls, the noted aviatrix, to show cause why her licence should not be revoked.
