UNIQUE EXPERIENCE
BABY BORN IN BUS.
(By Telegraph—Press Association.)
ROTORUA. September 25.
A healthy baby was born in unique circumstances on Saturday afternoon. The mother, a Maori woman, had ridden by bus to Rotorua for a medical consultation. ' The conclusion was that the happy event was a week distant. The mother was returning home to Rotoiti by bus when the birth took place. A woman passenger took charge of the child. The mother was made as comfortable as possible and taken safely home, together with the baby, who also seemed quite well.
