GERMAN PRISONERS
BEGINNING TO ARRIVE IN ENGLAND. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 9.15 a.m.) LONDON, September 22. German prisoners have begun to arrive in England. A Ministry of Information communique announces that a number of German officers arrived at a prison camp in England today. Other German prisoners were taken to a second camp A few persons saw the arrival but there were no demonstrations.
