TURKISH AIMS
MUTUAL ASSISTANCE PACT WITH RUSSIA. AGREEMENT WITH ALLIES ALSO TO BE UPHELD. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received This Day, 9.40 a.m.) New York, September 22.
