A correspondent of the Associated Press of America states that three German ships, including the speedy Ham-burg-South American liner Cap Norte; have left a Brazilian port carrying large cargoes of foodstuffs and petroleum products, although local companies declined to supply them with the fine oils used by submarines. Shipping circles understand that the vessels will attempt to reach Vladivostok around Cape Horn. The total tonnage of the vessels exceeds 25,000.
