The Domei Agency states the leaders of the Japanese controlled Peking and Nanking administrations conferred and agreed to form a central regime under Wang Ching-Wei, who is acclaimed as the legitimate leader of the Kuomintang. They also issued a statement that they had obtained a full understanding and the support of Wang Keh-Min and Liang Sung-Chih, the Readers of the Peking and Nanking re- ' gimes and henceforth they would work harmoniously for ,the realisation of peace.
