PADEREWSKI ON POLAND’S ROLE. GENEVA, September 21. The famous pianist and former Polish President, M. Paderewski, in a message to all civilised nations, said: “My country voluntarily sacrificed herself to fulfil her historic role as a rampart against barbarism marching toward world conquest.” INTERNED IN RUMANIA PRESIDENT AND OTHER HIGH OFFICIALS. (Received This Day, 9.25 a.m.) BUCHAREST, September 21. It is authoritatively stated that Rumania is interning President Moscicki, Colonel Beck and other high Polish Government officials.
