APEX INVESTMENT TRUST
ANNUAL MEETING HELD (LAST NIGHT. The annual meeting of the Apex Investment Trust of New Zealand Ltd was held in Masterton last night, the chairman of directors, Mr W. J. Candy, presiding. Shareholders present expressed satisfaction with the excellent results disclosed for the year’s operations, especially in view of the very unsettled conditions which had ruled abroad. A final dividend at the rate of 4J per cent per annum was authorised.
Mr J. Steel was re-elected director and the retiring auditors, Messrs James and Hollis, were reappointed. A resolution was passed unanimously, amending article 120 b, dealing with investments of the company abroad..
