MASTERTON MAGISTRATE’S COURT. Judgment for plaintiff by default was given in the following civil cases heard in the Masterton Magistrate's Court yesterday before Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M.: — Pitt’s Shoe Store Ltd. versus Alfred Roy Cottle, £6 3s lOd, costs £1 12s (id; Robert iHerbert Maxwell versus W. Lethaby, £7 14s 6d, costs £1 Ils 6d; Thomas Hanley versus Herbert C. Culver, £2 18s, costs £1 6s 6d; N. R. Cunningham Ltd. versus Enterprise Motors Ltd., £l5 16s lid, costs £2 14s. In judgment summons cases Clarence A. Smith was ordered to pay Donald and Sons, Ltd., the sum of £8 Is and costs 15s 6d forthwith, in default eight days’ imprisonment. J. A. Brooks was ordered to pay C. B. Lempriere and Co., Ltd., the sum of £2 4s 2d forthwith, in. default two days’ imprisonment; W. A. Russell was ordered to pay Rew and McCracken the sum of £l4 17s and costs £1 Is forthwith, in default 14 days’ imprisonment. R. Terrill was ordered to pay J. Kelly Ltd. the sum of £ll 14s lOd with costs 15s 6d forthwith, in default eleven days’ imprisonment.
