September 19, 1939, the following resolution was passed: — The Masterton Borough Council hereby makes by Special Order the following by-law under and by virtue of and in exercise and in pursuance ol the powers and authorities vested in it by “The Municipal Corporations Act. 1933,” “The Cemeteries Act, 1903,” and their respective amendments, and of all Acts, powers and authorities enabling it in that behalf. The short title of this By-law is ‘The Masterton Borough Cemetery Amendment By-law. 1939.” The object and purport of the By-law is to alter the existing table of Cemetery fees. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the resolution will be submitted for confirmation at an Ordinary Meeting of the Masterton Borough Council, to be held on TUESDAY, October 17 1939, at the Council Chambers, Chapel Street, Masterton, at 7.30 p.m. A full copy of the said By-law is deposited at the Town Clerk’s Office, Chapel Street, Masterton, and may be inspected by all persons during ordinary office hours, until the latter date.
