CARROT PUDDING
, 0 A GOOD RECIPE. This carrot pudding recipe is well worth trying:—The ingredients are:— One cup of raw grated carrot, 1 cup of raw grated potato, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1| cups of flour, 1 cup of raisins, J cup of butter, 1 teaspoon of soda, salt and cinnamon, | teaspoon of grated nutmeg. Mix and sift the dry ingredients and mix with no other moisture than that supplied by the carrot and potato. Butter a large pudding basin or mould and steam for three hours.
