Mrs Marenzi, of Eketahuna, has as her guest, her sister, Mrs T. Bedding. Lady Elliott will return to Wellington next month after a trip to England. Mrs Gibb Johnston, who has been on a visit to Christchurch, has returned to Carterton. Mr and Mrs Ginn, Wanganui, are on a visit to Masterton and are staying at the Empire Hotel. The Plunket Nurse at Eketahuna, Miss Tinkham, is on leave and is being relieved by Nurse MacDonald. Mrs A. Cook, of Carterton, has found it necessary to enter a private hospital in Masterton to undergo an operation. The death occurred at Featherston yesterday of Mrs Isabella Ann Hyland, wife of Mr George Hyland, of “Lowlands,” Tauherenikau. Miss Ngaire Milner, daughter of, Mr and Mrs J. W. Milner, of Mauriceville, who has been in Sydney, has returned to New Zealand. She was in Carterton yesterday, accompanied by her sister, Mrs G. Corlet, of Masterton, visiting friends.
