RUMANIAN POLICY
AGREEMENT WITH GERMANY ON MINORITIES. NOTIFICATION TO DIPLOMATS. (Received This Day, 9.50 a.m.) BUCHAREST, September 17. The Rumanian News Agency states that complete agreement has been reached between the Government and German minority leaders, concerning the treatment of the German minority. German representatives expressed satisfaction at the Government’s measures, which were verified in the course of a visit to the minority districts. A message from Cernauti states that the Government has notified the diplomats of thirty-seven countries accredited to Poland that they must leave their temporary quarters there and go either to Bucharest or home. CAPTURE OF KUTNO CLAIMED BY GERMANS. BERLIN. September 17. The High Command claims that Kutno lias been captured.
