The Premier of Ontario, Mr Mitchell Hepburn, asserting that the world’s jury finds Herr Hitler guilty of murder,” asked the Canadian Prime Minister (Mr W. L. Mackenzie King) to order flags to be flown at half-mast for Margaret Hayworthy, aged ten, a Canadian who died of injuries as a result of the torpedoing of the Athenia.
