MASTERTON TOTAL NOW 167. ADDITIONAL LIST OF RECRUITS. Enrolments in Masterton in the special military force of 6,600 which is being raised for service either in New Zealand or overseas are proceeding apace. The total at midday today was 167. Out of 82 so far examined by the medical board in Masterton only 14 have been rejected as unfit. Additional enrolments are as follow: James Ron Johnston (Eketahuna). Matthew C. Clarkson (Eketahuna), Hikurangi M. Jury (Martinborough), David V. Oakley (Martinborough), Lyell R. Thornton, George T. Grant (Martinborough). Clifford G. Hume (Martinborough), Francis O. Evans (Greytown). Hugo Nicol (Greytown), Eric S. Sanson, Sidney P. Lett, Sidney J. Munn (Greytown) Edwin R. Ingram (Martinborough). According to Press Association telegrams from other parts of New Zealand. enrolments in various centres are as follow: Wellington 1.300; Auckland 1,755; Hamilton 853; Paeroa 693; Whangarei 461; Hastings 187; Napier 165; Dannevirke 140; Taranaki 563; Southland 355: Christchurch 680.
