NAPIER STAR SEAMEN
CONDITIONAL DISCHARGE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 11.20 a.m.) LONDON, September 11. The Essex Quarter Sessions heard the appeal of 23 of the Napier Star’s seamen. They were allowed their discharge conditional on their being bound over for a year. The others have already been called up in the Naval Reserve.
