ARMED ROBBERY
CHARGED AGAINST TWO MEN IN WELLINGTON. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Robbery while armed with a revolver was charged against John McDonald, a steward, aged 21, and Horace Timothy O'Connor, a labourer, aged 17. before Mr J. L. Stout, S.M. The offence was alleged to have occurred in Wellington on August 1 and a remand was granted for a week. The police said the two accused were at present awaiting sentence by the Supreme Court for an offence of a similar nature committed at Hastings.
