MASTERTON CLUB. . SINGLES CHAMPIONSHIP; The Masterton Indoor Bowling Club will finish their competition play for the season with the final of the singles championship to be decided on Tuesday next. The following are the fixtures arranged:—Tuesday, 7 p.m., No. 1, Edwads v. Finlayson; No. 2, Miller v. Hanley; 7.45 p.m., No. 1, Pickering v. Hendry; No. 2, Norman v. winner Miller-Hanley; 8.30 p.m., No. 1, Dixon v. winner Edwards-Finlayson. The above mentioned players must be present to conclude the competition, Wednesday, 7 p.m., No. 1, Hanley, Pinkney, Joyce, Pickering (s) v. Hearps, Mayes, S. Henson, Nuttall (s); No. 2, R. Henson, Ferguson, Walker, Finlayson (s) v. Simonsen, McFarlane, Lewis, Leigh; 8.30 p.m., No. 1, Onion, Anstice, Dixon, Hendry (s) v. Andrews, Norman, Fenton, Roff (s); No. 2, Read, Jansen, Grantham, Buckley (s) v. Drew, Miller, Stains, Edwards. All members are urged to be present as this is the last week of play. The social will be held on Wednesday of next week.
