:The “New York Times" Berlin correspondent nightly blackouts are causing many accidents. Two trams collided last night in the impenetrable darkness and ten persons were injured. There are frequent motoring collisions as, well as accidents to pedestrians. whom the police have ordered 1o observe the most extreme caution, since motor, tram and bus drivers are unable to see them.
