Afterwards she is going to France to drive for an ambulance unit of which her husband is a member. She added that she would not be surprised to see the Duchess of Windsor join the same unit after the Duke of Windsor had been called to war service. The Duke and Duchess of Windsor were housing three hundred children of war workers in their Riviera villa.
