MESSAGE TO COMMONWEALTH. EVERY EFFORT TO CONTINUE HAPPY RELATIONS. (Received This Day, 1.0 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 5. Mi- Anthony Eden (Secretary fox- the Dominions) in a message to the Dominions said: “I am proud of the responsibility entrusted to me in the appointment effected in days which are grave and anxious. I am glad to assume office with many happy recollections cf contacts and friendships made in London and Geneva with the Prime Ministers and other Ministers from countries constituting the British Commonwealth. 1 am sparing no effort to continue the happy relations which my predecessors maintained.”
