APPEAL TO CZECHS
AGAINST HEREDITARY ENEMY. GOVERNMENT PROCLAMATION IN POLAND. (Received This Day, 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, September 4. A United Press Warsaw correspondent says a Government proclamation urged former citizens of Czechoslova • kia to take up arms against their "hereditary enemy, Germany” and urged Czechoslovaks still under the domination of the swastika to do everything in their power to sabotage the German war machine.
