FIRST FRENCH COMMUNIQUE OPERATIONS BEGUN BY ALL FORCES. EVACUATION MEASURES IN LONDON. Another ship presumably mined was an unknown Danish cutter, which was reported to have been blown up.

Although it has not been confirmed a report from Toklo states that the Japanese Government has declared its intention to remain neutral in the present conflict. The first Slovakia units are already under fire. According to an announcement from a Polish source German aircraft destroyed. a Polish village by incendiary bombs.
