REST ROOM FUND BABY CARNIVAL FIGURES. (“Times-Age” Special.) The voting as recorded up till yesterday in the Baby Carnival to raise funds for the Women’s Division Rest Room to be erected in Broadway, Carterton, is as follows: — Dalefield Baby, 5909 votes. Parlcvale Baby, 5904 votes. Taratahi-Belvedere Baby, 5520 votes., A very succesful shop day was held yesterday afternoon in Carterton in aid of the Dalefield baby. The arrangements were supervised by a ladies' committee who are to be congratulated on their work. The takings were very good and resulted, along with other functions held, in placing the Dalefield baby at the top of the poll. HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION FUTURE TO BE DISCUSSED. Delegates from Wairarapa lodges connected with the Manchester Unity Order of Odd Fellows will attend a meeting to be held in the Clyde Quay Lodge Room, Wellington, tonight to discuss the future of the Wellington District Hospital Association. PAST GRANDS’ LODGE VISIT TO EKETAHUNA. Members of the Loyal Wairarapa Past Grands’ Lodge of Odd Fellows will pay a fraternal visit to Loyal Tararua Lodge at Eketahtma on 'Wednesday next. SOCIAL AND DANCE IN ST MARK’S HALL. On Thursday evening a very pleasant time was spent in St Marks Parish Hall, when a social and dance was held. Members of Bible classes from Masterton and other towns were present. The music was supplied by Mrs V. J. Ashton, and extras were played by Misses Hall and Stent. ENJOYABLE GATHERING _ '/ 1 -EUCHRE PARTY AND DANCE;; There was a fair attendance at the Clareville Hall last evening when the fortnightly Euchre Party and Dance was held. The prizes in the cards tournament were won as follows:—Ladies, Mrs Simms 1, Mrs F. Daysh 2; Men, Mr L. Humphries 1, Mrs Bradbury (acting) and Mr F. Daysh, equal, 2. The Consolation prizes went to Miss Bousted and Mr Ticehurst. The Monte Carlo" waltz was won by Miss Boustead and Mr Anderson. A dainty supper was provided and enjoyed by all.
