MEAT BOARD’S WORK

CLOSER CONTACT WITH FARMERS DESIRABLE. STEPS TO IMPROVE POSITION. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. A suggestion that there was room for closer contact between the rank and file of ordinary farmers and the Meat Board and that steps be taken to improve the position was made by Mr Hammond (West Coast district) at the annual meeting of the Electoral Committee. ■ '.
