CHURCH SERVICES
The Holy Communion will be celebrated tomorrow at. St Matthews at 8 a m., and at Kuripuni and Upper Plain at 9 a.m. The Vicar will be the preacher both in the morning and evening a, St Matthew's. The monthly service at the Public Hospital will be held at 4 p.m. and the usual service at Kuripuni at 7 p.m. . A cordial invitation is extended to all interested to attend the meeting of the Baptist Fellowship to be held in the Y.M.C.A. Hall, Church Street, at 11 a.m. on Sunday. The Rev Russell Grave, of the Brooklyn Church, will be the speaker. Mr Grave is a forceful and interesting speaker. Children not attending other Sunday' schools will be made’ welcome at the school at 10 o’clock. The services at Ihe Salvation At my tomorrow will be conducted by thiee cadets from the Army's Training College, Wellington, namely. Cadets H. Miller and N. .Tones (Masterton Corps) and Cadet Phillips iWellington City Corps'. The cadets will speak at each service, and in the morning service Cadet Phillips will give the address. In the evening Brother G. Stanton, who was an evangelist in the United States of America, will speak. Brother 1 Hart of Dunedin, will be the soloist during the day. Special services on Sunday week will be conducted by Major Hayes, well known as "Digger'' Hayes. All are heartily invited to attend the Army's services. In the Methodisl Church tomorrow morning the Rev C. T. Sy mons. M.A.. B.D. (Youth Director) will meet the Sunday' School and Bible Classes, and afterwards take part in the morning service with the Rev Fred ,T. Parker. At the evening service Mr J. Parker will speak on the subject "What of our Enemies'.'" . I At the Kuripuni Methodist Church, tomorrow Mr C. R. Goudge v. ill be the| preacher in the morning, and at 6.501 pm. cars will leave tor the town! church.
