A Masterton visitor to New Plymouth is Miss N. Rishworth. Miss Betty Girdwood, of Tuakau, is the guest of Mrs. Horrax, Pahiatua. Mrs. A. O. Ferrick has returned to Wellington from a visit paid to Pongaroa. Mrs. W. E. C. Tylee has returned to Pahiatua after a holiday spent in Rotorua. Mr and Mrs R. Hornabrook, of Wellington, are visitors to Masterton and are staying at the Hotel Midland. Mrs. E. Winkler, of Makairo, has returned home after a holiday spent in the South Island. Mrs. K. J. Aplin and family, of Hacker Street, Masterton, are holidaymaking at Lowry Bay. Miss L. Hosking, of Masterton, is a visitor to New Plymouth, and is attending the badminton tournament there. Miss B. Payton, of Masterton, is a visitor to New Plymouth, where she is taking part in the New Zealand Badminton tournament and so far has been unbeaten in her games.
