The Salvation Army High Council has accepted the following nominations for the generalship: — Lieutenant-Commissioner William Dalziel, Australia; Commissioner Catherine Bramwell Booth; Commissioner George L. Carpenter. Canada, who is Australian born; Commissioner Benjamin Orames, United Stales, who also is Australian-born. Lieutenant-Com-missioner Albert Orsborn, Scotland and Ireland, who was chief Secretary for New Zealand before his appointment to Scotland and Ireland. The council is drawing up a questionnaire for candidates.
