A prize of 3.000.000 francs (£17.000). is offered in France by the Minister for Air to the constructor who produces a cheap, simple, and safe aeroplane in the coming year The conditions are that the aeroplane must be made entirely of French materials; that it must be easy to pilot; that it must be safe. The minimum cruising speed required is 100 miles an hour, with a radius of 375 miles.
