“The Times” emphasises the ealm with which the Poles are standing to arms in face of two million Germans on their frontier and adds that most capitals consider that crucial days are ahead and that a major crisis is about to develop, but this can onlv happen in defiance of the clearest warnings. “The Times” Warsaw correspondent, says the week oi decision has arrived. The British United Press correspondent in Berlin says thouoh no official advice has been given, it has been hinted to Britons that they should not remain in Germain except on urgent business. A few families, including three journalists, are therefore departing. A Paris message states that following a conference between M. Daladier and Mr Hore-Belisha, Cabinet met twice. President Lebrun will meet the Cabinet.
