GOLD MINING RETURNS. Gillespie’s Beach reports a return of 58oz from 24,247 cubic yards worked in 210 hours. The Mataki dredge return for the week ended August 18 was 30 ounces for 133 hours’ work, and 11,400 cubic yards.
