MASTERTON GUN CLUB

TWENTY-ONE YARDS AGGREGATE SECOND ROUND RESULTS. On Saturday the Masterton Gun Club continued the 21-yard aggregate competition (second round). Conditions were ideal, but the shooting was not so good as on the previous week. The following were the principal scores: —Jim McKenzie 13, C. E. Grey 13, R. J. King 12, H. K. Smith 13, J. Laurenson 11, R. Morris 12, F. Taplin 10, A. Macalister 10, R. Cameron 9, J. Laurie 9, S. M. Baird 9, L. Meredith 8. In a Five Track 10-bird shoot, C. E. Grey, H. K. Smith, J. Laurenson, and F. Taplin, tied with 8 each. In the

shoot-off, first miss out, Smith and Taplin retired at the Ist bird, leaving Grey and Laurenson to fight out the duel. This went to the Gth bird, which Laurenson missed, leaving Grey the winner.
