RUMANIAN COMMITS SUICIDE LOSS OF STATE PAPERS. STOLEN FROM TAXI IN SOFIA. (Independent Cable Service.) (Received This Day. 10.5 a.m.) SOFIA. August 18. A Rumanian Legation courier. Captain Pavlitzu. committed suicide after the theft of Rumanian State papers, believed to be of great importance, which he loft for a moment in a trunk aboard a taxi on his arrival from Bucharest.
